Copyright And DMCA Notice

Reporting copyright infringement.

Porno 300 does not host porn against the will of the people who own it. A copyright owner who finds their work on the tube without permission can send a takedown notice to dmca@porno-300.com and ask for the video to be removed from the tube.A usable notice identifies the video and the original work, says who holds the rights and who is writing, and confirms that the request is made in good faith. Notices are read as they come in, and a video is taken down when the claim is clear. If something is missing the sender may be asked for more detail. A notice sent elsewhere, or a notice without these details, takes longer to act on.
